Attorney's Office
The Office of the County Attorney performs criminal and civil legal duties as specified by Minnesota statutes with the goal to protect public safety and the rights of the people and businesses in Stearns County.
Auditor / Treasurer's Office
The Stearns County Auditor/Treasurer Office is the central accounting office for the county.
Building Facilities
The Building Facilities Department is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of all County buildings.

County Administration is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of County services as directed by the County Board through its formal actions and state laws.

The Environmental Services Department was organized in 1993 to provide efficient customer service to the general public regarding environmental, land use and environmental health issues.
Highway
The Highway Department is responsible for the construction, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the Stearns County road and bridge system.

Information Technology
The Stearns County Information Technology (IT) Department provides technology consulting, project management, systems implementation, website and technical support services for all County departments.
License Center
The Stearns County License Center handles MN drivers license and ID card issuances, marriage licenses, copies of vital statistics records, motor vehicle tabs and titles. It does NOT provide drivers testing services.
Parks
The Stearns County Parks Department was established in 1974 and carries the responsibility for acquisition, planning, development, administration, and daily maintenance of over 2600 acres of parks and trails.
Property Services
The Property Services Division includes Assessing, Land - Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Recording Services.
Sheriff's Office
The Sheriff's Office's primary concern is the safety and well-being of all persons and property in Stearns County.
University of MN Extension
The Stearns County Extension Office helps people access research-based knowledge from the University of Minnesota.
