Stearns County is looking for two individuals interested in serving on the newly created Regional Airport Authority Commission.

Stearns County, along with Benton and Sherburne Counties and the City of St. Cloud, created a Regional Airport Authority Commission to govern and manage the St. Cloud Regional Airport for the following purposes:

to promote the public welfare and to service the public interest, convenience and necessity
to promote national, state and local air navigation and transportation
to develop the full potential of aviation in the St. Cloud Regional Airport as an aviation center
and to provide for the most economical and effective use of aeronautic facilities and services located at the St. Cloud Regional Airport.

Each government entity will appoint two members to the Commission. In addition, there will be one Commissioner appointed by mutual agreement of the four entities.

If interested in serving on the Regional Airport Authority Commission, complete the application expressing your interest in being appointed. Submit applications by next week, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 for consideration of an appointment.
